Rörstrand | Skandia | Model VB | Tea Cup

Skandia is the romantic poeticized name of Scandinavia, and the pattern on this cup does indeed resemble a modern interpretation of Scandinavian folk art (which often had geometic patterns at the border). 

Rörstrand issued a pattern called Skandia in 1929-34 which involved some blue flowers around the rim, but then this totally different one came out in 1960 as well as its complementary sister design with additional red details, called Bimbo (see last pic).

This is the teacup version, in very good condition.
