Silesia | Nouveau-Deco | Full Tea Party Size Teapot

An amazing and classic beauty from one of the Silesian potteries, this is a full size 6 person teapot complete with figurehead on the spout.

It has no marking, just a model number (1147 or 1197). 

It was acquired with a full set of Ohme-ware, but upon examination we concluded that this wasn't a part of the tea set. For one thing, Ohme always has a backstamp on every piece. Another possibility was that it was a Tielsch piece, and having gone through the catalog, a Tielsch expert concludes that it is not.
