Lusterware | FP Polish Blue Splash | Tea Trio

In the porcelain world, Poland is famous both for the excellent quality of its clay (especially the part of Poland which was once Germany, Silesia) and the bright blue colour they use to glaze their traditional wares. In this set you have a modern meeting of both. Each piece has been hand painted with a metal oxide glaze.

This results in a dappled marbled finish due to the uneveness of the paint on the brush and the end effect is really stunning. This listing is for one trio, i.e. one cup, one saucer and one side plate. I have several sets available.
