Broadhurst | Corfu | Kathie Winkle | Retro Tableware

This listing is for the Corfu pattern by Kathie Winkle at Broadhurst. Corfu uses turquoise, yellow and orange. Orange seems to feature on many of the Broadhurst sets of this time - which ties them together nicely if you're mixing and matching. The Corfu colours are the same colours as the Mardi Gras pattern, but features stencil flowers and leaves like the San Tropez pattern. 

Corfu is on the riviera model (which has slightly raised ridges) but is the same size as the standard model (although neither of them stack very well unfortunately!)

I love the ceramics I find locally around my chosen home in Sweden, but I also love the pottery I grew up with in the North of England (it’s a lot better suited to my budget for one thing!). Most of the patterns in this section are by Kathie Winkle whose knack for design is increasingly recognised as genius (she produced over 120 of them). They also mix and match very well which means you don't have to remain restricted to one pattern for a beautifully eclectic table setting. I call it mix-matched or mosaic retro tableware.

You can use it every day, but also for special occasions... birthdays & Christmas ...or even just to make yourself feel special (that's important too!).
