Gefle U.E. | Smyrna | Ringström | EH Teacup

Smyrna is presented here on the teacup version of the EH model, and is a personal favourite; both for the decor which resembles Tuva by Rörstrand (but in black and white) and for the name, which clarifies the decor.

Smyrna is a Greek word, it - and even the ancient city - means Myrrh. The wise men brought it as a gift of course (and a few centuries ago my great grandparents lived there during the times of the Ottoman Empire).

The EH coffee cup is 7 cm diameter and 5,5cm height. The saucer is 13 cm diameter.

The EH tea cup is 9.5 cm diameter and 6cm height. The saucer is 15.5 cm diameter.
