This is one of the very popular Gefle EA model range called the Scotsman. Well... it could be called the Scotsman. The word in Swedish is Skotte (blå), which also means Scottish terrier. Only joking. It does mean Scottish terrier but I am assured by those who know better than I, that the interpretation here is Scotsman because of the tartan pattern.
