Now that Bing & Grondahl have merged to become Royal Copenhagen, items from their most famous and most popular, fluted, blue & white under glaze production - Empire - are destined to become collectors pieces. Plus it's beautiful to look at.This cup of course isn't going to be worth a whole lot (at least not on its own), but it IS necessary to have if you're a serious blue and white collector. The series came in production in the early 1900's although this cup was produced in the 1970s.Cup diameter 5.5cm, height 6.5cmSaucer Diameter 12cmI have two cups in perfect condition.
