The early editions of the SA-1 model are rare because Stig Lindberg's most well known mid-century modern style had not yet crystallized in 1955 when these cups came out. However, this little cup is one of only a handful of designs on the SA model that Stig created himself (he was much more prolific on other models).The Florette design appeared on the SA mocha cups first, and then both the LB (see Nackrös) and the SA-1 (this model).
