Karlskrona U.E. | Jarnestad | Fine Line Hand drawn (gul) | Coffee Cup
Alf Jarnestad trained under Wilhelm Kåge and worked as Stig Lindberg's assistant over at Gustavsberg before moving on to Karlskrona. Note the similarity of this cup and Pike (last pic). Pike was produced at Gustavsberg between 1951-1965, Alf moved over to Karlskrona in 1956 where he became famous for his work using thin graphic lines.
Many of Stig's assistants actually did the initial designs for the patterns that Stig was later accredited with so who knows... (of course he may well have just been inspired by him... or maybe Alf was also the co-designer behind Spisa Ribb...)!
